Glen Iain Clark Oldham

Glen was born on 22nd February 1966
Glen sadly passed away on 28th November 2010
But in between he certainly knew how to live and to just put a hyphen between the dates does not do his life justice!

This website has been created to celebrate the life of a wonderful husband who is greatly missed every day. Glen’s death was very sudden and he was taken in the prime of his life. Through this website I hope to raise awareness of The Brain Research Trust.

This photograph was taken on holiday in Greece just 9 weeks before Glen died.

7.20pm on Saturday 27th November 2010 was the moment when Glen said he felt unwell, within minutes his eyes closed for the very last time. Glen was kept on a life support machine until the Organ Donation Teams could get to the hospital.

Glen died of a Massive Brain Stem Haemorrhage he was 44 years old and a fit and healthy active young man, there were no symptoms and we had no idea that this was going to happen.

This website has been designed to commemorate Glen’s life and raise awareness and funds for the Brain Research Trust.
